Four points concerning Jesus Christ;

1.    Jesus is God, vv. 1,2,14,18.

Three facts in verse one that concern our Lord Jesus;

        A. He is eternal.

        B. He was and is a Person distinct from God the Father, yet one with Him. 

        C. The Lord Jesus Christ is God.

2.     Jesus is Creator, vv. 3,10a.

3.     Jesus is Life and Light, vv. 4-9.

4.     Jesus is Rejected or Received, vv. 10-13.
